Quin's Gourmet Butchers Delivery Within The Northam Townsite
1.1 Quin’s Gourmet Butchers accepts no liability or responsibility for our products if they are not properly refrigerated by the end time of the delivery window in which it was delivered. For example, if the selected delivery window is 1pm – 2pm, it is your responsibility to refrigerate your order by 2pm on that day of delivery.
1.2 For standard deliveries in the Northam Townsite, Quin’s Gourmet Butchers delivers in the accordance with the specified delivery schedule using a refrigerated truck with our products packaged correctly.
1.3 If you are not available when our truck delivers your order to the delivery address specified by you, your order will be dropped off at that address. If there is no safe place for the products to be left upon delivery or the specified address cannot be accessed, then the products will be returned back to our physical store for collection or/an alternative delivery time will be arranged.
1.4 If there is no safe place for the products to be left upon delivery or the specified address cannot be accessed the truck driver may use your contact details to contact you in relation to your delivery.
1.5 In the event a delivered order is stolen or otherwise unlawfully removed or damaged after delivery, then Quin’s Gourmet Butchers accepts no liability or responsibility for that event occurring.
